You and Ric are both right, I'll admit that right off the bat, what I
meant was using the software available by default. So thank you guys for
coming along and correcting me so that people do know it's possible with
other software. I'll also add that some monitors have advanced modes to
change and force a refresh rate, like my monitor has that ability.
