Keyring on start-up ...which program is asking?

I read that threat but I thought it didn't apply to me. Re-reading I
REALIZE NOW ...if one H-A-T-E-S entering passwords, best to set Ubuntu
to ask on log-in then you will ONLY have to enter once. Ok, gonna try
