ssh session says updates are available but apt-get update; apt-get upgrade doesn't install any

Seems to work for me too - I asked a similar question on 22nd April but
nobody seemed to know the answer at the time.

I have a "keep" folder on my imap server with an Ubuntu section in it.
This solution just got added to it.
