Install grub legacy to replace grub2 on Ubuntu 11.04

I am waiting at the screen:

Boot from (hd0, 0) ext4 3733xxx(UUID)...
Starting up...

Then warning show and lead me to the busybox...

WARNING bootdevice maybe renamed. Try root=/dev/sda12ad4174a...

Any idea? (I am installing the grub in /deb/sda MBR)
