32 bit PC/SC service on 64 bit Ubuntu

Hello all,

I am looking for a solution to get working 32 bit PC/SC on 64 bit
distro, because I cannot load 64 bit libpcsclite.so.1 from 32 bit app.

It is not enough to install ia32-libs, because it solves the problem
to start my app, but apt-get install libpcsclite1 installs 64 bit and
pcscd is 64 bit as well.

E.g. on openSUSE I can install everything 32 bit, because the system
is more conservative and contains wider support for 32 bit apps.

I don't believe the on Ubuntu is no way to do the same.
