Not sure that it was a good idea to not make that more obvious or
noticable...  I think it's telling that someone actually has to point
out the location of the control center.  Heck, I've been using Natty
since Beta 1 and only now, thanks to you, found out where the control
center went.  That is very telling...

but in any case, thanks to pointing that out.  Learn something new
every day and the day isn't a waste.
