How can I know to which ubuntu package does a specified file (not on my fs) belongs?

May I suggest that you repair your calendar? April fools day is
tomorrow, not today. :)
More seriously: I don't see why there should be a difference in the
results if I use find instead of search. According to the man page, find
is an alias for search. Anyway, now that I know that the find option
exists, I can save typing 2 characters when searching with apt-file.
