Amazing isn't it? Took me forever to find a Windows app to do this on
Win (running in a Virtual Machine). One of the key "features" that I'd
always point out to Windows users was the ability to easily swap the
windows in the panel.

Subsribed to the bug report & added an "This affects me to".
