Firstly, arrogant jerk know-it-alls who then reveal themselves to be

"...guys who put... ...about the...one..."
Tenses really shouldn't be so mixed. Singular and plural don't usually
work well together.

What things are like Linux users? I think you meant to say, "such as,"
instead of, "like."

I am annoyed by anyone who /does/ respect 'the competition.'

...if it's that easy to make you feel /as if/ you are dumb... (which,
BTW, doesn't usually, contrary to popular belief, mean, "stupid")

Oh my, comma usage is dying! There will soon be an over-abundance of
un-used commas in warehouses everywhere. Help the cause; use commas
correctly, but /use/ them!

The network requires you to do something? Interesting. I thought
networks were inanimate things and that it was the /clients/ who did
the requiring.
.../such as/ right now... "like," indicates comparative similarity.
Everybody does quirks? I feel left out! How does one /do/ a quirk?

Not particularly, no. (/such as/ my...)

Respect? yeah, sure:
"Five minutes after any agreement is signed with Microsoft,
they'll be thinking of how to violate the agreement. They're
predators. They crush their competition. They crush new ideas.
They stifle innovation. That's what they do."
