Interesting.  I read a few of the comments including #16.  (but not the 
entire thread if it makes a difference to the following)

It appears that the devs agree to the desired behavior.  But as I read 
OP's followup, it appears that Evo does not get the full headers from an 
exchange server, only a summary without "list" or "Reply to" headers.  
Therefore, the preferred behavior noted in comment #16 - or even the 
fact that a particular message came from a list, is missed.

If summary headers is an Exchange Server "choice", then it's not an Evo 
bug.  However if Exchange Server makes the full headings available, at 
the option of the client, then (a) it was Evo that "decided" to not get 
all the headers (b) that resulted in unintended consequences to the 
user, and (c) it should be filed as a bug.  I think that conclusion is 
supported by the bug in your post!
