Well said!
I think it's hilarious how all these progressive technophile
let's-get-everyone-to-change-their-OS geeks are crying like little
children who've dropped their icrecreams over a simple and relatively
minor change in desktop layout.

Ah, well, if you're a KDE user then you've undergone a rather more
modest change & you're safe from all the Unity fallout. :¬)
Personally, I've used fvwm, fvwm95, KDE 1, 2, 3 & 4, GNOME 1 & 2, wm2,
Ouroboros, twm, flwm, Xfce, LXDE, OpenBox, Fluxbox, WindowMaker,
Blackbox and probably others I've forgotten on Linux over the years...
And Windows 2, 3, 95, 95B, 98, 98SE, ME, NT 3.1, 3.5, 3.51, 4, 2000,
XP, Vista, 7, OS/2 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.0, 3.0, 4.5, BeOS, MacOS 6,
7, 8, 9, X 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, SunOS,
Solaris, DECwindows on VAX/VMS, AmigaOS 1 & 2, ST-GEM and PC-GEM and
FreeGEM, QNX, RISC OS, Taos, EPOC, Symbian/UIQ, Symbian/Series 80,
Symbian/Series 60, Android and iOS.
Getting bored with listing 'em now.
Anyone who gets bothered by a new GUI is a wuss and a weenie. :¬)
