Well, I happen to prefer KDE. Works a charm as long as you install
Ubuntu first, then KDE on top. That way Kubuntu can't muck with pulse.
I've got a 3X2 layout of workspaces. I can just move the mouse through
all of them, up, down or sideways, without some keyboard input or the
overhead of Compiz. Now with two monitors, it's 2X that! I love it! With
all those huge hard drives I keep reading about, it would be no biggie
to install. Give it a whirl! Heck, Mikey might like it! :) Ric
