Up-gradation of Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04

Hi,

Recently i have upgraded the Ubuntu 11.04 from 10.10. After upgrading the
ubuntu, i see an icon in the launcher and if i place the mouse it says
"Install RELEASE". Please let me know which installation is this. Kindly let
me know if i can proceed with the installation or is it mandatory to install
the same? Thanks in advance.
