Problem with Natty under VirtualBox

VirtualBox BIOS shows on every boot fine. Sometimes GRUB prompt shows,
most not. This is not a hardware problem, as every other VirtualBox
client works fine.

Entered the BIOS, it sees hard disk (virtual). But does not boot.
