Maybe it would be a good thing for someone to review the steps needed to
join. It's convoluted, to me, and not intuitive. Where the link takes
you to digitally sign the Code of Conduct, there is just a download of a
text file on that page. ERRP!! Does not compute. That or I just have
mashed bananas for brains. Does proper capitalization, use of the
apostrophe and commas count towards membership, if we're otherwise so
challenged as how to apply? 

If I cannot figure out how to apply or be approved, then I shall
continue to taunt you all from the sidelines. See if I don't. :) Ric
