Well done! Me too.

The Launcher feels a bit unfinished, yes. When I start Word 97, I get
a separate WINE app icon for the running prog /as well as/ the
laucher. It's harder to spot the active Pidgin chat window when I have
3 or 4 open. A few things like that. But mostly, it works well, it's
fairly attractive and I'm enjoying it.

I've tamed it a bit with Confity: shrunk it to 36 pixels wide, turned
off autohiding, set the colours to a flat grey and so on. Sadly this
means that the flashing "launching" notification no longer works.

But overall, it's good.
