A.  Since the person I was replying to had not seen fit to identify
themselves [excepting only an inline email header] I acnowledged them
in my own chosen way.
B.  To BC Your point is made and I accept your reasoning for
formatting your reply in the fashion you have chosen.  You will notice
that my response is now top posted.  {I accept your premise and choose
to use it]
I don't believe the term dummy was used at any point in my communication.
C.  To the [possibly self appointed] person who keeps complaining
about a discussion of the most fundamental technical question there
is, that being a discussion of the recently implemented changes in the
desktop and are they an improvement or a step backwards......You have
a delete button.
If you don't like the discussion or the direction of the discussion
then take the entire list private and by invitation only.
Then you won't have to deal with those of us who have a differing
opinion of what is appropriate to a technical discussion.
