I suspect you can connect by cable because eth0 (82.239.101.0) is on the
same subnet as the gateway (82.239.101.254). Your wireless is on an
entirely different net:
87.90.128.0
You need to be on 82.239.101.x - have a gateway that is also on
82.239.101.x.
