Update File Mismatch Issues for 10.04

It gives me a file size mismatch error.  When I watch the details of the
update attempt, the file sizes are in fact different from the initial
listing in update manager.  I suspect the error occurred during the initial
check updates.  I have been trying to discover how to purge them and do a
refresh on the check updates.
