I'm pretty sure (although IANAL) that it only means that the site work
is copyrighted.  I don't think another can copyright your work unless
you give explicit permission.  The site certainly doesn't ask or tell
about anyone giving up individual copyright, but I'm not sure how much
original content there will be there, anyway.

That said, aren't they using Ubuntu's copyrighted logo? I wonder if they
have permission to do so?
