Swap sources.list

sources.list is useful during updates only. The actual repository from which
the packages will be downloaded depends on the sources.list during the last
update. So, unless you wish to sudo apt-get update everytime you switch
connections and swap sources.list, there's no point.

I think the package lists after download are cached and stored in
/var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin
and source packages in /var/lib/apt/srcpkgcache.bin. You could have two
copies of each made and switch them when switching connections.
