That's because it's tagged 'Fix Released'. You need to use the 'Advanced
search' or
<https://launchpad.net/+search?field.text=lighttpd+%2Bport+80>
to find it.

BTW: Others on this list in the past have provided suggestions/hints on
how to not show "BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE" - or include it as a .sig. You
might want to search the archives for a solution. PGP sig strings (IMO)
don't serve much purpose here & if the strings are long tend to just
irritate folks.
