voice call using skype audio/microphone problem at my end

Obtain "PulseAudio Volume Control". Next, you want open the app, then
the tab "Input Devices". Next, see if your input is stereo. If it is,
find a lock icon. Unlock the 2 channels. Set them to different %, mine
are 98&99%. See if that works for you, it worked for me. Let me know if
