Buy a CD/DVD cleaner (it's a disk with a little brush on it that you put
cleaning fluid on - and you stick it in your CD/DVD drive and it cleans
the lens); this should resolve the issue as it appears as though it's
not the issue with any of the distros, it's actually a physical issue
with the CD/DVD drive you're using on the machine. Cheers.
