Do you have any other files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d which contain
references to dapper backports?

The quick and easy fix is to use software sources to just disable the
dapper-backports section of the repo entirely. You don't need it for
the upgrade.

You can do that in Software Sources in the Administration menu.
