Unable to connect nokia 5233 to ubuntu

When i connect my nokia 5233 to ubuntu pc and select nokia pc suite  then
dmesg command gives the following.

 what bad CDC descriptors means?
 I am unable to connect phone to ubuntu .Please somebody help
