Most security notices even if they are text are rather large. So I think
that a link is probably a better way to go. Only thing I'd do
differently is: 1) add Subject info ([USN-1168-1] Linux kernel
vulnerabilities), and 2) let users here know where/how they can
subscribe to the security list (http://www.ubuntu.com/usn /
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-security-announce /
gmane.linux.ubuntu.security.announce - if using gmane)
