There's a lot of [OT] news out there in the world, if everyone pasted
the latest news to this list and prefixed [OT] as their trump card
we'd be flooded. The odd one now and then, when actually vaguely on
topic and probably of interest to Ubuntu users probably isn't an
issue. However a flood of 5-10 links direct from someone's RSS reader
first thing in the morning is less helpful.

IMHO. Other opinions may vary. Happy to hear them.
