You're welcome.
Just googled and that both "Apt::AutoRemove::SuggestsImportant" and
"Aptitude::Suggests-Important" are apparently obsolete.
Please try "Aptitude::Keep-Suggests" and/or
"Aptitude::Keep-Recommends" with aptitude (although I'm pretty sure
that mailx is a suggestion).
