AFAICS that package is not in the PPA repo.

However, despite some niggles & a 2-stage installation (first
libreoffice-common then libreoffice-core), it's in and is running well
so far. Doesn't look much different to OO at first glance. There are
some irritating menu animations and the theme doesn't fit with
Ubuntu's one, but it works, it's quick and it looks all right.
