I found cron by looking in my
LinuxdpkgSoftwareReport programs report under the
Admin software section, and have been able to
modify the crontab to backup a smaller portion of
my folders instead of the entire home folder,
concentrating now on my web site, and recordings
folders instead.

I am still curious as to where the System Log
Viewer went, as it is no longer on the menu.
