I have been away from kernel development for awhile, but aren't the 
drivers still part of the kernel distribution? It has been over a year 
since the fix was posted. I was curious to know what was correct 
list/path to suggest that the fix be incorporated into the Ubuntu 
distribution. It there is a reason why it was not incorporated, I wanted 
to know what it was.
