Problem installing with apt-get

I found this two lines in apt.list:
  deb http://at.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-backports main 
restricted universe multiverse
  deb-src http://at.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-backports main 
restricted universe multiverse
uncommenting it did not change anything.
