Automated Install

I need to make an Ubuntu Server custom install disk to install without
downloanding:

-apache2, php5, php5-pgsql
-postgres
-asterisk 1.4
-my php site

and

overwrite postgres data files with a pre-defined database

What is the best way to achieve this?
