If you are referring to the proprietary nVidia driver, you have to get
that from nVidia directly and then put it on your net-free machine to
install it.  If you mean the one in the Ubuntu repository, the above
will probably work for you (but in my experience, the driver does not
- I had to use the one from nVidia on both my machines).
