OT: alternative to Gmail?

Why is this the "last straw"?  I think two-factor authentication is
great, in fact it's a feature I had hoped Google would implement for a
long time.

The only thing I wish Google would do is start charging me money to
use Gmail.  I would gladly pay for an advertising-free Gmail (and
google apps) with support.
