Duplicate Bookmarks in FireFox

It appears that it is possible to add a duplicate via the Bookmarks,
Organise Bookmarks dialog.  If you select one in there and Copy it,
then move to another folder and Paste then it adds the duplicate
without removing the original.  This may not be convenient for you
however.
