VirtualBox, problem mounting shared folder

Could it be a permissions issue?
I mount my host home folder with the following command:
sudo mount -t vboxsf -o uid=1000,gid=1000 graham host
"graham" is my host entire home folder and "host" is my share mount
point folder in my guest home.
