IPv6: should be enabled or disable?

If (either your ISP or your networking setup) is giving you invalid 
routes for some reason, then yes, it would cause a slow load to a site 
that is IPv6 enabled. It shouldn't need to be changed unless you're the 
1% that is using a broken network setup.
