Don't worry about it, the main reason for removing OO is that, after
installing LO, OO might not work properly and might even crash or
corrupt something.  A few bits left lying around will not matter.

Did you find libreoffice it in Synaptic Package manager?  I presume
that when you added the ppa it said that it had done it ok and did not
produce any errors.
