Tip: Not many know that OOo/LO has a feature when exporting the PDF
called 'Create hybrid file'.
When the PDF Import Extension is installed, this setting enables you to
export the document as a .pdf file containing two file formats: PDF and
ODF. When you reopen the PDF with the import PDF extension, the file
opens in it's original format (Writer, Draw, Impress, Calc) rather than
the often mangled (particularly if uninstalled fonts are involved)
import only into Draw. Of course the PDF file size will be about 20-30%
larger as it includes the ODF code.
