Older systems which had Grub Legacy (Grub 1) and Grub 2 installed
simultaneously needed to use "update-grub2" to ensure that it was Grub2
(grub.cfg file) that was updated and not Grub Legacy (menu.lst file). Since
Ubuntu 10.04 only uses Grub2 by default, there is no visible difference
between "update-grub" and "update-grub2". You can read more about this
