Geeze, Liam, you're starting to sound like a Microsoft apologist.  How
about someone actually pointing out any infringing stuff, much less
really /proving/ it in a court of law before you start stating the
Microsoft threats as fact?

Threats don't do damage.  Action /may/.  /MAY/.
