hi friends,
                i am getting problem in installing new softwares in my
ubuntu 11.04. i think there is missing in some settings in internet. i am
using a auto etho connection, through which i can easily acess internet but
while installing software eg vlc, google chrome etc package download does't
starts.
                                              plz try to resolve my
problems. my proxy setting is as follow-
ip address - 10.0.0.21
port no - 3128
