Go to https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-users, click
the rather easy to miss 'Unsubscribe or Edit Options' down the bottom,
enter email and password then scroll down to the options.  Don't
forget to click the Submit button at the bottom.
