Good God, yes we do. I think that hails back to when the rest of the
country at that time didn't trust Virginia enough to allow it to
maintain the nation's capitol within it's borders. And, Virginians have
been sore-headed about sitting in the cheap seats ever since. If DC goes
one way, we'll go the other, just for spite and vinegar.
