Says they're 6 hours behind right now. Perhaps when you first tried
the upgrade they were further behind, and thus inconsistent. So
probably just a transient error and as first suspected, leaving it for
a day or so will probably work out okay.
Alternatively if you're in a hurry, edit your /etc/apt/sources.list
and use the german mirror (which is at the time of writing a very fast
one).
http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ in place of http://ubuntu.retrosnub.co.uk
But you'll lose the advantages that the retrosnub mirror gives you
which I guess means you'll eat more of your download bandwidth
allocation this month.
