upgrade to natty failed

Try (in order):

$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop
$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
$ sudo apt-get install -f

If the last command checks out clean (no errors reported) then try the
upgrade again from the update-manager.
