Installing DWA-125 Wifi USB Adaptor Ubuntu 10.10

Hey Guys,

I am kinda new to Ubuntu driver installations and require your help in
installing D-Link's DWA-125 wifi USB adaptor on Ubunto 10.10

Got a lot of posts on the net but they seem to be very technical in nature
and are not working on my installation. Or may be i am not able to
understand the procedure very well.

A prompt support is much appreciated.
