Right, I caught that. Just a suggestion to check to see if pavucontrol
is installed by default, as in 10.10, it was my experience that it
wasn't installed by default. So maybe just pop open synaptic to check?
Without it, you won't be configuring squat for sound.  YMMV, Ric
